Rackcoon agreement
Terms of Service
Effective July 29, 2026. These terms explain the agreement between you and Rackcoon when you create or use a reseller workspace.
Using Rackcoon
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and use Rackcoon only for lawful resale business activity. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate access to teammates.
Your inventory and business data
You retain ownership of the inventory records, photos, listing copy, sales information, and other business content you provide. You give Rackcoon permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the features you choose, including connected marketplace, photo, fulfillment, bookkeeping, and support workflows.
Connected marketplaces and services
Rackcoon is an independent service and is not a marketplace. Marketplace names belong to their respective owners. Connected services can change their APIs, permissions, policies, or availability. You remain responsible for reviewing listings, orders, buyer communications, fees, taxes, shipping, and marketplace compliance before acting.
Rocky, photo analysis, and recommendations
Automated suggestions can help identify products, flaws, measurements, listing copy, prices, comparable sales, and next actions, but they can be incomplete or wrong. Review important facts before buying, publishing, shipping, or making a financial decision. Rackcoon’s bookkeeping tools organize your records; they are not legal, tax, accounting, authentication, or investment advice.
Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation
The 14-day trial does not require a card and does not become paid unless you choose a subscription. Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown when you approve checkout, plus any applicable tax, until canceled. You can update payment details, see invoices, or cancel online from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues until then.
Refunds and billing errors
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you believe Rackcoon made a billing error, contact support promptly so we can investigate and correct a confirmed error.
Availability and account closure
We work to keep Rackcoon dependable, backed up, and secure, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features to improve reliability, safety, or marketplace compatibility. You can export supported business records and request account closure. We may suspend access for unlawful use, security threats, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms.
Responsibility and limits
To the extent allowed by law, Rackcoon is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and Rackcoon is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, marketplace outages, or decisions made from unreviewed automated suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms materially change, we will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice through Rackcoon or the account email when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
