Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026. This policy explains how Rackcoon handles information when resellers use the platform and connect their business services.
Information Rackcoon handles
Rackcoon stores the account and business information you provide, including inventory, product photos, listings, locations, sales, costs, fees, payouts, and workflow activity. When you connect a marketplace, Rackcoon receives the seller account, listing, order, fulfillment, offer, and financial information needed to operate the features you choose.
How information is used
We use this information to run Rackcoon: organize inventory, synchronize marketplaces, prepare listings, support fulfillment, calculate business results, recommend next actions, prevent duplicate or inconsistent records, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
Photos and assisted listing tools
Photos you upload may be analyzed to suggest product details, flaws, titles, descriptions, and workflow steps. Suggestions should be reviewed before publishing because automated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect.
Marketplace connections
Marketplace access is authorized through the marketplace's sign-in and consent process. Rackcoon uses the granted access only to provide connected features. You can disconnect a marketplace from Rackcoon, and marketplace account-deletion notifications are processed through Rackcoon's signed notification endpoint.
Security and retention
Rackcoon uses access controls, encrypted credentials, tenant separation, and operational logging to protect data. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for accounting, security, legal, and service obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information. Some financial or transaction records may need to be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can also revoke marketplace access through the marketplace's account settings.
